What materials are your products made from?
Our products are made from high-quality stainless steel 304 and food-grade silicone and high quality porcelain.
Are your products completely plastic-free?
Yes, our products are completely plastic-free, and free from BPA, BPS, phthalates and other common toxins.
Are the products dishwasher safe?
Yes, all of our products are fully dishwasher safe.
Using the Products
What age are the products suitable for?
Our bowls, plates and teethers can be used from 6 months. Our cups are suitable for toddlers. Our lunch collection is suitable for any age, even adults!
Are they leak-proof?
Our lunch boxes and cups are designed to be secure for everyday use. We recommend keeping them upright, and ensure air is removed when sealing the lid.
Can they go in the microwave?
No. We don't recommend putting any of our products in the microwave.
Orders & Pre-orders
When will pre-orders be dispatched?
We aim to fulfil pre-orders as soon as stock arrives. Current estimated dispatch for cups, plates and bowls is mid August. Current estimated dispatch for lunch collection is late September.
Where do you ship from?
All orders are fulfilled from the UK for fast delivery.
Returns
What is your returns policy?
If you’re not happy with your order, please get in touch within 14 days of receiving it. Items should be unused and in original condition. For faulty items, we’ll always make it right.
Who pays for return postage?
For change-of-mind returns, the customer covers return postage. For faulty or incorrect items, we cover the cost.
